Swirls was part of a feral family and trapped by Mid-Cities Community Cats. Mom and Dad were spayed and neutered and returned to their colony home. Swirls and his brother and sister were young enough to try and socialize in order to be adopted into a loving family. Swirls was the most scared of his siblings and took a much longer time to come around. Because of this, and his tendency to nip and scratch, he is one of our red collar kitties. However, Swirls is a perfect sweetheart to his foster mom and has even learned his name and will come when called. He also lets his foster mom hold him on his back like a little baby. Swirls got his name from his striking swirl coat pattern. One thing that stood out to his foster mom is his love for other cats, Swirls is always trying to make new furry friends. Swirls is sponsored by the Hurst Animal Shelter. Est. DOB March, 1 2017
