This beautiful, fluffy girl is a shy stray that once lived outside around the cafe. She’s still getting used to humans and is a bit timid, but can be an absolute sweetheart if you have enough patience. The concept of being petted is new to her, but Astrid is quickly learning that she likes it a lot! Her favorite spots for pets are around her face, chin, and ears. Astrid doesn’t like her tail being touched (understandably, she probably spends a lot of time grooming it to perfection and it shouldn’t be messed up), but will enjoy some pets along her back once she gets comfortable enough with you.

Astrid also doesn’t quite understand how to properly communicate that she wants more pets. If you pull your hand away, she will gently grab it with her paw or mouth and try to drag you back to her! Despite her occasional nippy-ness, she is never aggressive or hostile to those who treat her with kindness and respect.
