EJ is not outgoing, nor is she outspoken, but she always manages to capture the attention of anyone she meets with her subtly sugar sweet personality and ideal calm temperament. With some love and patience, and some savory treats, EJ can be lured from her shell, and will absolutely melt into your hands like freshly made caramel.
