Jody is a grey and white male domestic shorthair with a tabby pattern. He is 9 years old, but just as curious and inquisitive as a kitten. He adores belly rubs and will flip over and roll on his back when you rub his belly! It is completely adorable. He is very sweet, social, affectionate, and loveable.

Jody has been in foster care and used to live with many foster cat siblings. He tends to be shy and uncertain of new surroundings at first, and may take several weeks to be fully confident in a new environment. He was quite nervous and reclusive when he first arrived at the cafe, but is now one of our most friendly and outgoing kitties.

Although he’s gotten used to the busy environment at the cafe, he would still prefer a quiet, calm household. He has not been socialized to dogs, but is great around young children and has lots of patience. When new cats arrive here, he is usually the first to greet them with a warm welcome (if they will give him the opportunity).

While Jody loves other kitties, he is relishing the day he has room to roam and a little more privacy! He looks forward to playtime, snoozing on a cat tree or couch, or just hanging out with you. Any introduction to a resident cat will need to be done slowly over a period of time with patience and love.

Jody is a wonderful companion, is very deserving of a forever home and will make a great addition to your family!
