Joplin has no concept of personal space. He’s never seen one. Doesn’t believe in ‘em. All space, rather, is Joplin space.

He loves reaching up your leg or your shoulder or your head or your arm or whatever else is in reach to demand closeness. Having never met a stranger in his life and fully believing every person is his very best friend ever, Joplin doesn’t discriminate when or where these demands are made.

Joplin is also a brilliant tour guide. He doesn’t know where he’s going, but he’ll gleefully weave between your legs and under your feet to take you there. He’s such a helpful fella, that Joplin.
